I want to purchase our three family apartment house in a small town is there programs out there that help?

with the cost like down payment and closing fees and we plan on combine the top and bottom apartment into one house for us so there would just be one one bedroom apartment in the back of the home. How do we go about this?

2. Depending on exactly what you mean by 3 family apartment house, it may be possible. Would this be considered a Tri-plex? If so, there are loans available depending on what state you live in.
