do interior design of a commercial building like a lobby of a skyscraper or offices in a skyscraper etc...

1. http://www.blender.org/ is free 3d modeling software although there are simpler programs this will allow you to create detailed full 3d models of the buildings or just the interiors. and best of all its free.
