Where can I find house plans that feature an inner courtyard?

I have been searching the internet and all of the plans I found have a courtyard but either: a) one side of the courtyard is open, or b) the front door of the house leads to the courtyard. (or both). I just can't seem to find something to fit exactly.

1. That's when you create your- ideal. If you have to improvise the part you do not need, edit it out and put what you like there(what you imigine it should be like) it is sometimes better to come up with your own plans. The others where from some one who needed different features than you.
