Is it possible to have a garage under a garage?

I'm designing a home and I'm very much in love with it. There is one problem though. Right now it only has a two car garage and when I try to make it bigger, it doesnt look right on the exterior. I am wondering if there is anyway possible to have another garage under the two car garage? The land would slope down to allow for a second single garage door under there. Is that possible or feasible? I imagine it can be done but how costly is that? Any ideas would help

2. Have the upper garage with the entrance from the back of the home with a driveway around the side and the lower garage with the entrance from the front of the home. There is a home near ours that did just that for a couple with no children but a lot of toys. ( smile ) Their home is also built into a slope. It actually has three lower and three upper. I do not have any idea of cost but I would think since a large portion would be block for the lower garage being built into the slope, it couldn't be to high.
