where can i find multifamily houseplans?

i want a two(or three lvl with basement) home on one side and two (or three w/ bsmt) apts on the other. i have found this one http://www.familyhomeplans.com/plan_details.cfm?PlanNumber=65530&src=search that i love!!!!!! or would it be better to purchase a single multiplex plan like this http://www.familyhomeplans.com/plan_details.cfm?PlanNumber=49816&src=search and a single family plan like this http://www.familyhomeplans.com/plan_details.cfm?PlanNumber=49327&src=search and combine them obviously any plan i get would be modified to my choice of exterior design and the layout would be altered obviously i would purchase the reproducible sets anyone have any other ideas? i know of the legalities, concerning code for example, i am just looking for houseplans. please give as many as you can whoever gives the most sites will get the 10 points!!!!!!!!! thank you. wow! thanks for the site floorplanner.com now i can see in3-d what my floor plans would look like
