2. Well, it's not free but on Sims 3, you can certainly build WONDERFUL detailed homes. I suggest that, it's 49.99$ in the U.S.
3. don't know of any good free ones, google draw is a good app. but not nearly as up to the task as AutoCad. but that's hard to learn and takes training and is expensive. you can buy the student version for a fair price, if you are a student that is.
