Where can I obtain a free download to computer draw simple house plans?

For a kid who may or may not want to take up architectural drawing as a career.

1. You might want to try google sketchup. Im not quite sure if it is exactly what you want but you can draw stuff 3d and you could prolly make a house and there is a free version of it.
