how is building green unethical?

what ethical issues are there with building green? if you don't know what building green is, check this out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leadership_in_Energy_and_Environmental_Design Is there any problem in designing GREEN BUILDINGS???? What could be an ethical issue here.

1. i've heard of zoning problems for stuff like home wind turbines , but never an ethical issue for building green . who said you have an ethic problem ? are you using non union labor ? materials made by slave labor in china / bought from walmart ?
2. The only ethics issue that i've found with green building(s) is when they are built to replace existing buildings that are still usable. Tearing down a building and then compacting the resulting debris into a landfill so that you can build a brand new building from all new materials, ("green" or otherwise), is not ethical. I'm only answering this to site the one and only ethical issue that i have ever found regarding sustainable architecture. i cannot imagine that there could be any others... Interesting question.
