Cost to Build A home In Northwest Oregon?

My husband and I have been looking at plans for a new home to build and we found 2 that we absolutely love and we have the money to pay for it pretty much whatever the cost. But we were curious as to what the cost to build this home would be in North West Oregon (pricey I know)? Any reasonable guesses would help! Thank you.
