Interior Design or Interior Painting Software or Online Generator?

Does anyone know a good interior design software thats free, or a interior painting program free that you can upload pictures to, and paint them however you like. (I think I will probably use Valspar Paint, thanks ahead for your help)

1. If you want to upload your own pics, try www.sico.com- they have a great free virtual decorator. Also, Behr.com and lowes.com have a nice free online tool (using templates) which allows you to see how certain paints will look in a specific rooms. Good luck!
