Is there anyone that can help me get some unknown measurements for my house plans?

I have them in digital format and I can e-mail anyone a copy. I have to draw them to ¼ scale. The plans on the 8 ½ X 11 sheet are not to scale. The house is 42’- 0” X 51’ -3”. The front of the house is 42’- 0” wide. The 42’ measurement on the 8 ½ x 11 sheet is 3 ¾ long and on the 17 x 20 sheet of paper it’s 10 ½ wide which is ¼ scale.

1. well the first thing to do is get yourself something called an archtects scale...which is like a ruler but it is marked out in ft at 1/4 inch scale...then draw the house...then measure what is unknown
