A lot of money to spend on building a new Graphic Designer's home office for myself. Whats the best stuff?

I have a lot of money to spend on building a Graphic Designers home office for myself. I need help with figuring out the best PC (not Mac), tablet laptop, and Monitor(s) to purchase. I have everything else I need but these 3 items are stumping me. I like the HP Core i7 Desktops and HP TX2000 series tablets for drawing. Anyone out there a graphic designer that can help? No photo editing just intense Web Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop work.

1. Consider multiple monitors. TigerDirect.com has great deals on flatscreen options and you can get the sizes you need. I've used an acer 23' LCD for over a year now and I've been very satisfied. Check out their category for power desktops too. They have it all, with really good reviews.
