Partners (2) fee division for Architectural firms?

I am starting a architectural design firm and plan to do so with a partner. Basically am thinking of dividing fees as follows A partner introduces project 60%-70% B partner 30%-40% Project won via competition 50:50 Do you know any guidelines in detail for division of design fee esp in design firms? This is because we have drafting, 3D, regulatory skills etc in this field and if there is any weighted means on some of the skills when determinig how to share the fee. If you know something plaease let me know. architect s advice awaited. Thank you
