What are good construction plans for house?

I want to build unique house. I live in Ukraine and want to know your country's styles of building houses. Please give me links to sites where to find info with plans of houses. Thank you!

1. you will need blue print to build the house in best way than without blue print
2. The most *functional* house I have found is this locale is the dome house, because we in South Florida are so wrought with hurricanes. It protects against all weather conditions and is very light in its energy usage in heating/cooling.
3. architecture is like your skin. you belong to ukraine so material, tradition will matter so stop looking for styles from other countries. study climate , life style of your own country
