where can i find a free 3d model for Indian house?

I Need A An Architectural Design For My New home On A Plot Of dimension 30x38 feet where and how can i find some free models so that i can have some ideas... and if it could be modified with help of any software like Google sketch, sweet home 3d etc. them it will be really good.. i mean some application provide some online sharing of models... but i need an india type house... and even i don't have much space...
