- wheelchair Access so yea
- nope
- If you are designing a cafe that you wish to build, you ought to consult one of the building inspectors from your local council. Their job is to tell you exactly what is required and if you are allowed to operate a cafe in that location.
- i don't think so.............if yu got just 2 floors an elevator isn't mandatory........yu can save yr money, moreover!!!! glluck!
- In the US, the ADA requires and common courtesy demands that wheel chair and shuffling older customers be accommodated in some way. If it happened that ramp access would work because the ground floor was actually down from the pavement and 1st floor was up so a pair of reasonable ramps would function (or the ground sloped like some buildings have level entrances on two different floors) but failing to accommodate your guests in this time of aging baby boomer population is just rude. Wheelchair access should be provided (enough space) for the WC. If you are space restricted and code allows it, I would build one unisex/family restroom with space instead of two tight Mens/Womens rooms.
