what is a good affordable school for architectural design with an emphasis on sustainable and green building?

prefer it to be in the south east somewhere but, if it's a good locale i won't complaing :)

1. The University of Kentucky (good location, I promise, Kentucky's nothing like people think it is.) They have a really good architecture school and tuition's not that bad, either. I go to college about twenty minutes away and know a few people in the architecture program. Apparently, green building is a big deal up there. You should check it out. It's in a really good location--right in the middle of a big city and close to malls and restaurants and all that.
