I need help with this house....?

I'm just wondering if it is possible to furnish this house (the price of electronics, decorations, curtains, beds and furniture altogether) at the cost of about 65,000 dollars. I mean like, ever room properly furnished with nice pieces. And how much would it cost to buy a house like this? 2. I looked at an $8000 chair yesterday. Just a chair. It was nothing super special, it was cool but not like it could be the only thing in a room. You could buy 8 chairs with 65000. With 11,000 square feet you would not in my opinion be able to furnish that house with appropriate furniture. Maybe cheap and used but probably not. Insurance agents quote people who live in modest tract houses of under 2000 square feet minimum coverage of $40,000 for their possessions. This is for a 3/2 1600 sqft in a blue collar neighborhood. So if a small modest home's furnishings are worth $40K, I don't think you could furnish that house in the manner it should be furnished for under $500K.
3. You can have a well decorated house, just be smart in buying things. Just buy the things that is really important and needed. Don't forget to add air conditioner. Ductless air conditioners are nice.
