I heard the great cheat OC Dating Phang who jointly swindle the Malaysian rahyat money in millions is planning to run away to China to hide there? Why not the Malaysian Government frozen her house, bank account and luxury properties she owns to recover bak the money?

I have not heard about her attempting to abscond, where did you hear that ? OC Phang might have swindle the public money but she was just one of the many who did so. Her many cohorts are high ranking government officials who many of them are currently running this government. The government has to be extremely careful in handling this PKFZ case otherwise when OC Phang or the others reveal the truths, many other bigger culprits might be revealed. That's why no action is taken on her yet.
She dont have to run nor hide. VkLingam can "arrange" anything for her. "Why not the Malaysian Government seize her assets" Because she will spill the beans and her confession will implicates more top people from the govt. In order to steal billions , she will need the right connections to do so. The money will not be recoverable. You need to change the govt in order to do so.
