What are the Best UF Luxury Dorms?

I have a friend who is an incoming freshman for the 2010 school year who is really looking for the full social experience of a dorm without living in such a cramped space and sharing a bathroom with 50 other girls doesn't appeal to her at all. She also is afraid that with her luck, she will be stuck in a temporary triple. She's looking at a luxury dorms such as Windsor Hall, Ivy House and The Courtyards. They are both walking distance to campus and guarantee placement into her requested floor plan.
