Whats a good design game?

I wanna design something, for free online, like a game, because i like games with designing. I dont mind facebook games, etc, but please dont show me girly design an outfit! its like, i enjoy sims cos of the design a home etc thing, but that costs, and i also play restaurant city, which i really enjoy, i liked making it, and designing it, etc, so what are some you think are good? just as long as its not clothes :L etc thanks :D
