Would an orthodontist be able to afford this house?

http://www.eplans.c om/italianate_ho use-plans/HWEP L10927.hwx I broke the link up so that you could copy it. Here it is again, unbroken. http://www.eplans.com/italianate_house-plans/HWEPL10927.hwx I'm just fantasizing, and I'm wondering if the average orthodontist, making $300,000-$350,000 per year would be able to buy that house. There are pictures on the bottom of the page. I would probably have the house made with nice materials like that. Thanks in advance. :)

  1. Buy the least expensive house located where it is close to work and school. Put down at least 1/3 and you will never be stuck with mortgage debt greater than your house is worth. Get a 30 year fixed rate mortgage. Pay the mortgage off in 15 years. Also, your home will have the best chance of appreciating compared to the surrounding homes. Lastly, you will be able to save money, live decently, and pay your home off
