what is the best Home and Landscape design Program?

I really want to build some big floor plans but Punch Home and Landscape Design wont let me go pass 3 floors and is really complicated. Is their anything better than Home and Landscape Design that will actually let me build huge buildings?

1. I'm not sure if it's the best, but Google SketchUp lets you do as many floors as you like. Admittedly the graphics aren't great but it is free if you download the right one.
