Is ther architectural education in bolivia or architects?

Becues I work as a designer right now. and when I am gonig to move to Bolivia and i'd like to design some houses

1. Of course there are architects, and it is taught at universities... Hopefully, your design skills are way better than your knowledge of the world...
2. Are you really a designer??.. Don't you know Bolivia is a country with many cities? it isn't a hamlet or a village. Of course there are architects and universities...if you plan to go, good luck (you will need it... architects do an incredible job here)
