Is there a site where I can COMPLETELY create my own house plans?

We are looking to build a house and I would really like to have a one of a kind house. There are so many different things that I want, that I just can't find in any other house combined. So, I was just wondering if there was a website where I could plan it out by myself and get an estimate?

1. Unless you know how to draw electric amd plumbing schematics, electric and plumbing hook ups, local codes, elevations, foundation spec.'s, roof spans, etc., you can't. Find a residential architect.
