How much per square foot should cost to build a commercial building in Toronto?

it is a round glass building, with concrete base. Each floor has 25,000 square feet. The first floor will be ONLY one huge salone with average interior design (no rooms; only one salone). The second and third floor will have offices with nice interior design. (I'm looking for the Price of Engineering, Material Procurement and Construction)

1. Then you should be asking the engineer and designer that are building it. Do you expect us to know exactly what building you are talking about? Land costs , exactly what type of base and how deep is it? What type of glass and frame. Impossible to estimate what you see in your mind. And if it was you building this , then you would have an estimate from your contractor years before the building even starts. There is no set rule for a building.
