What major should I be for architectural design?

What major should I be if I want to do architectural design? like designing buildings and its environment.. Since there's so many majors that are similar like civil engineering, construction engineering and architecture, I'm so confused! (also, is it a good idea to go to tech school or art school in my case?)

1. If you want to be an architect, then you need to attend a school of architecture. (it sounds like you need architecture not construction or civil engineering). The vast majority have a bachelors and many get a masters in architecture.
