Maine property?

1) What is the average price per acre, away from the city, in Maine? 2) What would be the estimated price of a 30 acre property in Maine? 3) How much would it cost to build two houses, and a barn on the property if the property was undeveloped? (Not including architectural, or interior design cost)

1. Your questions are too general in nature. 1 and 2 - call some realtors and find out their perspectives pricing. of course, it would depend on what area you are looking at, and what is beside it. A 30 acre property near an airport is not going to be as valuable for residental use as a 30 acre lot right in the heart of town. 3 - it would depend on the size of the houses. It also depends on what you are going to put into the houses - for example, marble kitchen countertops with gold faucets will cost more than a $2000 kitchen from Home Depot
