UAV And the commercial sector?

Ok Im 18 and I live the north east of the uk and since the ship building has stopped and the north east is losing its place in the industrial sector I am interested in designing and building un manned aerial vehicles for use in the private sector as opposed to the most common use of military but I need help finding resources to help my business take off, I need help to find the right person or who ever can help me accomplish my dream
