How much is land worth?

I own a semi detached house but have the back gardens of both houses, the bottom part of the garden could have either 2 houses built or a large bungalow, but I dont know what to sell it for, not sure about planning permission but am sure this could be overcome, any suggestions please?? thank you

1. Talk to a local real estate agent. Housing/land prices are strongly dependent on location.
2. I would suggest you keep the garden and raise cantaloupes there if the soil is satisfactory. That way, you will have cantaloupes all your life. Give it some thought!
3. Within the first 6 weeks in power this Government in the UK have stopped people selling their gardens for building. Check with your local Planning Authority.
