How can I find out Architectural Design Competition Regulation of Royal Institute of British Architects ?

I tried to find out the architectural design competition regulation made by RIBA (Institute of British Architects) so many times, but I couldn't. Do you know how to find out the regulations of architectural design competition? Please Help me. This is so urgent task for me. If you help me, you will get much fortune. ^_^

This is what their website says: Anyone wishing to enter the competition must register with the RIBA Competitions Office by sending a cheque for £35.00 (including VAT), payable to ‘RIBA Competitions’ (please contact the RIBA Competitions Office for alternative payment methods). Once registered you will be provided with details of how to access the competition website and issued with an official declaration form.
