Indian Freelancer Tax payment system for individual Home office for outsource design works?

Hi , I am a individual professional Artist . I make add and TV commercials for other country like US ,UK , Australia , Norwain etc . I used to work from home . I have my 2 computer and one laptop as you can say it a Home office . So ,I am a freelance motion designer from India . My earning is near about 1.5 lakh / month , so its 15 lakh / year . But I want to know how can I register my home office ? I mean what to do to pay tax ? also how tax system works for outsourcing freelancer in India ? where I have to go to do those things ? Can you please please please tell me details that how can I do those legal things and pat tax ? Its urgent , please help me . many thanks in advance .

  1. If you plan to register your offshore outsourcing job as a business in your country then you will definitely have to pay taxes, pay registrations, fees, etc. I am sure your government a department that deals with Industry and Trade.

  3. Taxation depends on your residential status. For a RI, worldwide income is taxable in India. For a NRI, only Indian income is taxable in India. Your income is outside India that is remitted to India. HMT
