What would you think if someones house was decorated like this?

When I have my own house, I plan on painting every room in a different neutral color. I plan on hanging up a bunch of accessories all over the walls and spray painting each one in a solid, bright color. It's looks really cool in my mind. What would you think of a house that was decorated like that?

1. I think that it would look very nice. I always appreciate other people's decorating ideas. It's your house so it should it should reflect "your" personality. Appreciating other people's preferences is fine, but I don't want to live with it or look at it every day like you do. Your idea is very good because you can keep changing the colours of your accessories by repainting them.
