  1. Yes I can help. Do research on precedents of the same building type, set-up a brief, if they did not provide one already, and create an accommodation schedule listing all the functional spaces and their correlative sizes. Draw up planning diagram’s to work out the circulation and positioning of all the spaces. Analyse your chosen site in terms of its physical properties, such as grading, access, orientation, rocky outcrops, vegetation, neighbouring rivers etc, as well as the climate, such as min. max. precipitation, temperature range, extremes, such as snow, hail or strong winds. Further analyse the context, such as neighbouring buildings, their uses, their scale, style and use of materials and the general or outstanding characteristics, such as placement on sites, historical or cultural significance and urban layout. Then analyse the movement structures around them, such as pedestrian routes, vehicular paths, public transport nodes etc. After all this formulate a concept for your building based on your goals and research information and start to develop your design in more detail from there, all the while trying to solve the problems encountered through your research. If you do this properly, your building might not be earth shattering, but at least it would be competent and this method of approaching your work might give you the confidence in design required to finish your studies.
  2. My graduation project was a city museum.I searched a lot about museums. The lightning is very important. Also circulation is important too.You should have a programme about the places and their sizes(m2)you must compose a function schema.the relation between the places are important.and you should search about museums.i like richard meier's projects a lot.And he has some museum projects.
