Where can I find the house plans for a Jim Walter home that I own?

I own the Victorian model of a Jim Walter home that was built about 10 years ago. We would like to add on in a few years and would like to get the house plans to take to an architect. I am also thinking of changing the flooring but would like to know how much square footage I need. Can someone tell me where to find my house plans since Jim Walter Homes went out of business a couple of years ago?
