Home building designs, & CAD programs?

I'm looking for a CAD program to build and design a fourplex, but I want to find a CAD program that also shows an approx. Cost, prefferably a CAD program that integrates real-world areas/prices for supplies. I want to find a CAD program like this that is super accurate when it comes to price, not only to build but to pay bills on. Any suggestions?
