Where can I find an Expert in landscape that offers great service and designs?

1. You could knock on the door of someone whose landscape you like and ask who did it. Check the Yellow Pages, ask to meet the designer for a consult. Check landscapers in your area online and see their portfolios.
2. In addition to what Pondlady said, you can check with local nurseries; they know who has return business to their store. If there is one that really stands out (returns to make purchases for jobs they are doing) these people will know. If there is a trade school around your area that offers landscaping classes you may be able to get one (or more) students to design and implement their design. Often, these classes have a requirement to do such a project for their final. If so, you could probably get the entire service performed for the cost of plants and allowing photos of the project to be included in their portfolio. Good luck and enjoy!
