Building Relations With Clients?

Hey guys I've been made reponcible for the topic of "Building Relations With Clients" in my work place (a design office full of engineers and drafties). Any suggestions for ways to increase familiarity between us and the client? Some suggestions were team sports, calling them more, lunch meetings etc. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :).

1. I think that you should never bite off ,more than you can chew. I think what you are proposing, is wise and fully shared. Do not stop at the first problem. Best wishes!
