Help on 200 word paragraph on architectural buildings?

I want to study architecture and the uni have sent me a few pages of designs to show i am capable of designing buildings including a collage. They also want a short 200 word written text to explain why i have chosen the 2 building landmarks which is The Gherkin and Lloyds building (both in London) nature of response and choice of media. can anyone help me structure the essay and start me off.
