I would very much doubt you will find free house plans that would pass a planing Application as architects need to eat as we all do so why give away work for free!
Try this site, you can specify how many bedrooms or square footage you require then select a plan from a list and then download it in pdf format. I think you have to pay if you want the plans full size though. http://www.houseplansxpress.com/
Visit www.dirtcheaphouseplans.com The plans are not free but you can buy full working construction pdf files for next to nothing.
Hello! Unfortunately, I can not help you with a completely free site, but I can tip you about a few cheap sites. They probably have it all when it comes to different plans, including lots of house plans. These plans are done by professional woodworker. I think that gives a safety, don't you think?
