Program that Designs a home or a building on a computer?

Hi there :) I Would like a program to design a home or building. I think architectural firms use this. Want to design the interior and the exterior and have the 3D Look. Shows you how it would look when a person is walking through the building. Any program that does this or variants to this can be named. Thanks! :)
