Do you know of any good home design/architectural software?

I've seen some cheap looking ones and some uber expensive ones, I'm interested in a decent realitic product that isn't into the hundreds? Thanks.

1. Google Sketchup is free and a great piece of software.
2. try serif free serif software does not cost a penny good start low on specs also!
