What Does My Nightmare Mean?

Recently, I've been thinking about ending my friendship with one of my good pals. She's very irritating, and she's one of those people who act mean yet nice at the same time (you know what I mean?) I only want to be around people who treat me right. Last night I had a dream about her. She was acting like her normal self with me and a girl that I've never seen before (but in the dream she was my friend). But she kept trying to mess with us, then hurt us. In the middle of the dream, I caught on to what she was doing and formed a plan to stop her. But she told my friend that I was putting her in danger, and they confronted me. She said I needed help, like I was the crazy one. And I believed her. It skipped over to where I was in a house. Wherever I went, she was there, staring at me. I went upstairs, and apparently there was a mall upstairs (strange, I know). I kept going up and down the stairs to see if she was still there. She was. I began flying, as if I were a bird. I've never felt so free in my life. When I landed, and old man grabbed me by the hand and smirked. He wanted me to go with him. I refused, thinking he was going to try to rape me or something. I began flying again, and landed in Hot Topic. It was late at night, and a gothic-looking woman was practicing an exorcise routine with three overweight men. When I turned around, she was there, staring at me again. She put me down on a table and tied my hands up as she glared at me. Then I woke up. Does it mean something? Or have I just been watching too many Lifetime movies? (I'm thinking that's the case, lol) I've been browsing through some of those 'what do my dreams mean?' sites, but they didn't really tell me anything. Think you could help? Long answers with lots of details are preferred :)
