What properties someone must have got for to be accepted for educating of architecture in an university?

I mean if there is some particular requierments for entring architectural education? something like ability of drawing or a knowledge of basic design roules etc.?

1. yes, there will be a separate appti test for your knowledge in creating graphics.
2. There is nothing set in stone. Every college will evaluate you differently. Drawing skill is the biggest plus that you can have when entering. Theory wouldn't hurt you, but they are going to want to teach you their own brand of it. Rememebering that Architectural programs, for the most part, are professional programs, you will probably need acceptable grades and a clean academic record. Where are you planning to go to college?
