which house property is better?

i have to sselect a site for my house in architectural design class. i have narrowed it down to two choices: 929 Border Ave Del Mar, CA 92014 12451 Del Vino Ct SAN DIEGO , CA 92130 oneh as beach view, the other has more value and LOT size... if someone can help me out. i also need help with coming up with great names. thanks

1. A larger lot would give you more options but I think that the one with the beach view that is smaller would challenge your creativity so you can maximize the features with less to work with. Sounds like a lot of fun. A great name would be the Gripper2 Estate:)
