It also includes a barn-looking structure which i believe they are calling the "garage". Which I'm planning to move my horses into. It's a decent house, next to a golf course *but also across the street from a home for "wayward" boys) about 3 minutes off a major interstate. and less than 30 min to hospitals/ schools/ malls etc. It's decent looking from the outside.. could be described as "quaint" but really needs a lot of work as it has a messy dirt driveway and is overall dingy on the inside, the fencing in the yard and even the barn needs a lot to be what I would consider live-able.. To give you an idea, I currently live about 4 minutes away on 1.21 acres holding a 1100 sf ranch style house built in 1960 appraised at $160,000. Our house is UTD, has a large back/ side deck and a roofed front porch, hardwood floors throughout, a completely finished basement, new windows, doors, siding, roofing and requires no necessary work to be move in ready. We're in Pennsylvania, not really next to any major cities other than Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton.

not what they are asking, I would probably ask about 140,000-125,000 depending on the state it is in and property tax.
