whats with churches?

1. why are churches designed to cost ALOT of money when there are people who NEED that money for whatever reasons be it heath shelter food. your supose to give but it seems like a vast majorty of church rather spend thier money on looks, desires etc. 2. God doesnt care about the inside of the church when there are so many problems goin on outside of church ( in society not the building) 3 God is everywhere so why do people worry about the inside or out whatever. why even go? id rather spend an hour spreading love and peace to everyone than sitting and listen to somone talk about God and half the times you fall alseep or get distracted becuase there is gold shining in your eyes. .... nik better be joking if not that prooves just about everyones point..........id like to comment that its funny how noones disagreed with me yet...... take this into mind viewers YAY somone disagrees.........but u didnt touch on anything really seems like you just throwing something out there. i didnt know golden rails and marble floor or wood and other VERY exspensive items icons i know a bit about icons "some" things used in icons are VERY costly for a tablespoon of color is $200...do you relize how much that could do for somone? not to mention all the land that churches take up wildlife have no home etc i dont think its very loving to take gods creation like animals and plants and destory them for a church. you can make a praying place or learning place outside.. or anywhere .....am i being to simplistic? where did jesus have the last supper agin?? some big fancy church right? other very exspensive items are for seating people****** Nik Tao yes we shall laugh haha

  4. i agree with you .. i think thtas its because churches want power and get get it from midless people who damn anyone who doesnt go to church and spread hatred when other people who like you said spend an hour spreding love and peace dont care about this material thing called a church and we have minds of our own and arent midless like all those other people
  5. I agree. I've found that some of the best churches are simple home churches with less than a dozen true believers. That's the way it was in Paul's day. Too bad Mega-Churches have taken over...

  9. 1. going to church is free offerings are what you feel you should give, the building may cost a lot because they may have to hold a lot of people. 2. the money usually goes to volunteer groups supplies, ect... but something that people need equally or more then food, clothes, ect... is to be loved. the church should give both of these out. 3. are you spreading the love...? love is more then smiling and holding your tongue:Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking. It is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. I Corinthians 13:4-8 church helps us to love, we unite with other believers and work through things/ encourage each other. Church is the people not the building. we are taught/ shown that GOD loves us and ways that we may love others and grow as people/ believers
  10. Churches use the money they git to help people inside the church. Personally, my favourite church is the BEACH. Nxt. eye like the woods - scenic & majestic views in particular. The dweebs that like church and the happenings therein --- aren't yu glad they're busy there instead of out & about basically strangling all those who don't JOIN UP! Andale Pronto! if not sooner ???   11. What is wrong is that the vast majority of them are being run by the "hirelings" that Y'shua spoke about. They are not true shepherds who genuinely care for the sheep. It is exceedingly difficult these days to find a good congregation with a true, solid pastor. Too many are teaching social programs or trying to be feel-good psychologists like Dr. Phil. Then there are the others, the 501(c)(3) nanny babysitters for the fascist regime. The same pastors that will turn you in to the government in the event you voice something contrary to what their bosses wish in the event of a declared emergency.
