Roughly how long would it take to build this house?....?

http://www.eplans.com/french_country_house-plans/HWEPL57027.hwx We would have a large team of professional builders, plumbers and electricians etc. and we have already bought the land for it but we want to know roughly how long we'll be renting for... so how long would it take?

2. actually building? I would say 12 to 18 months. I assume there will be a lot of custom work inside.
3. If you have a large team of profesional builders then why are you asking us here ask you team.
4. 6-9 months. It would be effected by weather and countless inspections.
