what is a good online architectural design simulator?

i am a high school student studying architectural design and i need a (preferably free) program where i can design floor plans for homes. this would be very helpful to my studies. thanks!

1. Theres one where you can create floor plans: http://floorplanner.com There are tons of features check out them on youtube for tutorials.
2. a good 3D modeller is Sketchup. and i think you can d/l it for free..or at least d/l a trial. we use it here in our office. in terms of technical drawings, its not great, BUT for design it is great. Its the program out interior designers use the most, that in combination with Photoshop, we do the majority of our renderings with it. But otherwise,,, programs i've used are AutoCad, and Revit. They aren't free, BUT you can download a student version. I got my version thru an architectural design text book, but i would imagine off the autodesk website there would be a place you could d/l it. Without paying for a text book, there may be a small fee, But i can't imagine it'd be too high of a fee (since it is a student version afterall).
