Anyone know how much it costs to build this building?

The building is a complete glass exterior with a modern design. It is 10 stories tall and each floor has about 6 000 square feet of usable space (for offices). The Building has 3 elevators. The interior will cost about 2million US $ (since this is an office building, companies must basically furnish their own office). Let's exclude the land, how much would the structure and building fees (architect, engineers, permits...) cost?
